Andy, I was chatting with a founder recently who also built v1 of their product on Slack. One thing he mentioned is that ease of building on Slack (and the obvious win of doing so) means that incumbents will follow you there very quickly. It’s hard to maintain a first-mover’s advantage. And it does seem like company after company is touting their Slack integration…

I’m interested in hearing your thoughts on this. Is this something you’re concerned about? How long do you think Slack will be a differentiator?
