I think that’s where we tend to get stuck — we’re unable to imagine a machine doing the work we do. I can’t imagine a machine being able to write the article I just wrote or respond to these comments, but my inability to imagine it doesn’t mean it isn’t possible :) It’s uncomfortable for so many of us to admit that we are so easily replaceable. You’re ability to confront the idea that a machine could take your job probably means you’re the safest of all :)
